We aim to dispatch all customer orders as quickly as possible, while ensuring each one is packed and prepared with the utmost care.
Most products listed on our website are held in stock at our warehouse in Darwen, UK, and we typically dispatch these within 1–3 working days. Items from our print-on-demand fabric range or products fulfilled from third-party warehouses may take longer to dispatch, with estimated handling times clearly stated on each product page.
Please note that if you order multiple items, we will usually ship everything together in one parcel. In this case, your order will follow the dispatch timeframe of the item with the longest handling time.
Our handling times are estimates and, while we always aim to dispatch promptly, orders may occasionally arrive sooner or take a little longer—especially during busy periods.

We offer three shipping options to the UK, standard, express and courier delivery.
Standard delivery is a flat rate of £3.99 (or free when you spend £50). Parcels sent on this service have an estimated 2-3 working day delivery time frame from the date of despatch.
Express delivery is a flat rate of £7.99. Parcels sent on this service have an estimated 1 working day delivery time frame from the date of despatch.
Courier delivery is a flat rate of £19.99. Parcels sent on this service have an estimated 1 working day delivery time frame from the date of despatch. Parcels on this service will be sent by courier (usually Parcelforce or DPD), instead of Royal Mail.
International shipping is a flat rate of £9.99/$13.99/€11.99/CA$18.99 (or free when you spend £150/$200/€175/CA$275).
Parcels sent on this service have an estimated 5-7 working day delivery time frame from the date of despatch.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Minerva does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
We ship to the US via Royal Mail on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning Minerva will cover the cost of the tariffs on all orders shipped to the USA. This will mean no unpleasant surprises on delivery, just straightforward pricing at checkout and a smoother experience. What you see at checkout is exactly what you will pay with no hidden tariff fees.
In periods of high order volume, orders may not be able to be shipped within the estimated handling time, although every effort will be made to do so.

We reserve the right to send your order in more than one parcel. This may be for items that are sent to follow or if your parcel exceeds weight and size dimensions specified by our courier partners.
In the unlikely event your parcel cannot be sent via one of our delivery partners, we will contact you with the options available to us. (This may incur additional charges or extra time to deliver your parcel, but we will always strive to minimise any inconvenience).
Once your order has reached our fulfilment team and is being processed, we are unable to amend it prior to dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived in the estimated time please first check with your neighbours and any 'safe places' your postman may have left your package (for example in a porch, greenhouse, behind your bin etc).
If unsuccessful, please next try calling either in person or by phone, your local sorting office. Your parcel may still be awaiting collection even if you have not received a card through your door, as postmen are not always able to leave cards on every delivery.
If your parcel is not there for collection please allow 10 working days for delivery (20 working days for Europe delivery and 25 days for Rest of the World delivery) before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving.
Claims for a lost parcel must be made within 30 calendar days of the date of posting, or no claim will be entertained.
Royal Mail has no legal liability for any loss if at the time of the claim 30 days has expired from the date of posting. Royal Mail advises customers to claim as soon as possible after an event has occurred to enable enquiries to be made promptly.
