🧵 How the Brand Ambassador Program Works

Each month we send an email out to the #MinervaBrandAmbassador team with a huge list of fabrics you can choose from. We will send your fabric pick out to you free of charge wherever you are in the world in exchange for you sharing your make on Minerva. You can make whatever you like with the fabric too, whether it’s a garment for you or someone else, a bag, a home décor project – the choice is yours!

The idea behind this programme is to create lots of beautiful images, tips and content on Minerva that inspires people with ideas on what they can make and helps in choosing fabrics when buying online.

There’s absolutely no commitment to take part every month, you simply opt in whenever you want to. The only thing we ask is that as a minimum you take part once per year to keep your place in the team.

🧵 Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for #MinervaBrandAmbassadors who represent our community and the wider sewing community in all ways, including (but not limited to) size, age, ethnicity and sewing ability, and strongly encourage anyone to apply who wants to.

We don’t care how many followers you have – an encouraging, positive writing style and bright, clear photos are much more important to us.

This opportunity is open to anyone worldwide! If you are interested, firstly make sure you sign up for a Minerva profile (https://www.minerva.com/register) and share at least a couple of makes. Once you’ve done that, please leave a comment below so we can check out your profile. We're specifically looking for beautiful photography, a positive writing style and for those who are actively engaged in our wonderful community.

We have 10 spaces available on our Brand Ambassador programme this time and we will get in touch by email to offer you a place. If you are unsuccessful this time, please do keep sharing your makes on Minerva as we have opportunities to join our Brand Ambassador team every few months throughout the year and we'll be looking for people who are actively engaged in our community and share lots of beautiful photos of their makes - keep on eye out on the #joinourteam hashtag on Minerva for future opportunities.
